Jim Dallas, PT , President and CEO

Jim is a 1976 graduate of Howard University with clinical internships at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, D.C. General Hospital, Washington, D.C., Bethesda Naval Medical Center, Northern Virginia Doctors Hospital, Arlington Virginia, U.S. Public Health Hospital, and John Hopkins School of Medicine. Jim is a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong background in the administration and operation of hospitals and long term care facility physical therapy departments. He also specializes in the treatment of orthopedic, sports, work injuries and neurological conditions. In addition, Jim has specialty skills in home health physical therapy evaluation patients and determining their needs for treatment and durable medical equipment. Jim has utilized his skills with notable professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, and community high school sports programs treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. From 1998-2008 as owner of a private practice physical therapy office and 20 affiliated sites, Jim was responsible for budgeting, marketing, management, and new business development. During this period from the flagship office, Jim specialty experience focused on workers compensation/work injury physical therapy services including functional capacity evaluations, work hardening/conditioning programs, injury prevention, post offer employment testing, ergonomic programs and onsite services. Jim’s professional career has been a vast body of work in the field of physical therapy, allowing him to meet and treat a variety of people with different conditions.
